Registration includes access to all presentations and plenary talks, coffee breaks, a reception, the abstract booklet, and Internet access in the Stamp Student Union.
You may purchase banquet tickets at any time by using your 16-digit registration code you receive in your confirmation email to log back into your registration.
If you will be using the on-campus accommodations, you will have the option to reserve your room during the registration process. The official hotel of the conference is the Holiday Inn College Park. There is a room block at the Holiday Inn for $99 per night (price includes internet access) - reservations must be made through Globetrotter by calling 800-322-7032. If you are unable to make a reservation by phone through Globetrotter, you can make an online reservation directly with Holiday Inn, College Park and mention UMDACAL to receive the conference rate. Holiday Inn will be cross-checking their list of discounted reservations against our list of registered participants. If you make the hotel reservation in a name other than what you provided for online registration, or if you will be registering on-site, please inform Sherrita Rose (srose@casl.umd.edu) of your hotel reservation.There is also a room block at the Holiday Inn College Park for $99 per night - reservations must be made through Globetrotter by calling 800-322-7032 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm).
Credit card and check payment options are available for On-Campus Housing Registration. Credit card payments will be processed immediately. Check payments should be mailed along with a copy of the confirmation letter to identify the registrant. If paying by check, you will receive specific instructions in your confirmation letter.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide funding support for conference participants beyond the discounted registration fee.
